The Panasonic CR2 3V Lithium battery is used in a variety of cameras, especially point-and-shoots.  This battery is often used in late 90s and early 00s point-and-shoots with a rapid built-in flash; it has good recovery time for continual flash use.  You can find it used in some Olympus Superzooms, Canon SureShots, and Fujifilm Zooms.  It is also used in compact flashlights and some remote controls.

You should always reference both a camera manual and a battery list when buying a battery for a new (or new-to-you) camera.  It is not unusual for different generations of similar cameras to use different batteries.

Some older camera manuals will list obsolete battery names and some differ across battery brands.  This replaces or substitutes for the DLCR2, EL1CR2, KCR2, CR2R, and more.
