It comes with eight large anti-vibration rubber feet and a 6-foot power cord for convenient placement. The fan's USB plug is compatible with USB ports found behind popular electronics such as receivers and video game consoles. Each unit contains an additional USB port, enabling up to four fans to be daisy-chained together and powered by the same power source. This fan system is CE and RoHS certified, ensuring its safety and compliance with regulations. It contains premium dual-ball bearings, allowing it to be mounted horizontally or vertically. The fan system uses AC Infinity axial fans ACX-FD8025(B)05W5 which meet safety standards under UL-507 certificate E503903 by Underwriters Laboratories.

In rare cases, if your product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and see if you would like to either wait for your item(s) to become available, change your order, or simply be refunded for your cancelled item(s). If your item(s) are immediately available, we will process your order and arrange for soonest possible shipment. Please note that once the order is processed we are unable to change the shipping address.

Order Shipment:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA and currently only service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If a week or more has gone by and you still have not received the tracking information (or the number is not working), please reach out to us right away.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.
